Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangable.

Placing Orders

Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details. (To order click > How to Order?)

Sales made are based on first come first serve basis.

Should you be no longer interested, we appreciate if you inform us ASAP. We don't bite. ;)


Reservations

Reservation for stocks in hand is eligible for a maximum period of 48 hours ONLY. Reservation is automatically void as soon as time is up and made available for next interested buyer. (unless discussed otherwised)

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer 2 payment methods:-

(A) Online Bank Transfer

(B) ATM Cash Deposit

The buyer will bear the postage fees.

Delivery Methods

We provide Pos Laju as a method of postage for our customers. Charges varies accordingly (as follows):-

Pos Laju (domestic only)

Items will only be mailed on the next postage day (Monday, Wednesday or Thursday) after payment has been fully made.
